KÖBO ECO>PROCESS chip bunker

Chip bunkers are applied for the central intermediate storage of broken chips of all types and can be constructed as an individual unit or as a complex (battery construction). They have volume quantities of up to 50 m² and are normally fed via scraper conveyors.
 

Load sensing equipment, sorting and loading of chips

KÖBO ECO>PROCESS chip bunkers offer a variety of advantages, e.g.

• Determination of the load weight thanks to an optional fully automated load sensing equipment
• Homogenous sorting of materials into single chip bunkers made possible by sealable openings in the base of the scraper conveyor.
• An electronically operated slider opening for a simple loading directly onto trucks/railway wagons
