Köbo scraper conveyor

The wear-resistant KÖBO ECO>PROCESS scraper conveyor is a universal system, which is suitable for a variety of applications such as:
 

• Transport of chips of all types of materials
• Mould sand transport
• Sludge discharge
• Transport of sedimenting solids out of liquid tanks

 
The conveyors are equipped either with one or two chain strands. The chains have pusher dogs which push materials to be transported along the feeding channel.  In the most cases, the conveying is performed by the lower run of the conveyor. Conveyors are fitted with wear plates made of high-quality steel. In certain cases, wear plates made of steel containing manganese are used. Depending on the specific requirements, the chain strands can be comprised of bushing conveyor chains or plug-in chains.
